WRITING DEEP SCENES
How Do You Write Deep Scenes? Learning how to write a strong scene isn't always enough to build a powerful plot. Stories are comprised of a variety of scene types that provide texture and nuance. In this workshop we'll explore a number of key scene types, such as suspense scenes and first scenes, discuss when and where to use specific scene types within a plot, and discuss the three layers that comprise every good story.
